Prepare Executables Access Violation C0000005

The executables as part of the Prepare step Prepare-ADCPDump will throw an Access Violation error if the "Relations" folder does not exist.

This is noted in the readme, but a validation check, more descriptive error, or creation of missing folder may be beneficial.

I wasn't able to grab dmps.
