Settings not loaded at application start

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.

Current Behavior

Settings not loaded at application start.

Expected Behavior

Settings load at application start.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start application,
2. Settings are not loaded: I changed application language to English but it is still in French by default, I changed profile directory but it was default one at application start (this one I did not reproduced after starting application again, but language is still French by default).
   Note: if I go to "Options" -> "Paramètres" ("Settings" translation in French) then just press OK then application switches in English and settings are OK.
