debian: fix packaging issues
- Change Architecture from 'any' to 'all' (pure Python package) - Add explicit runtime dependencies: python3-pymavlink, python3-serial, python3-numpy - Comment out non-existent samples/* in dh_installexamples Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
