@judyhanna, @blyeo okay, I've downloaded and examined the PUR database. I think that we can move forward somewhat with our strategy, except we have the following problem. There are something like 35K different pesticide products. This includes about 3500 chemicals in about 20 different application forms. So, I don't know how you want to put these in a budget. About 500 products and 250 chemical / formula combos. However, the number of applications per type drops off sharply, so we could just pick the most used ones, identify those directly, and add the others in as "others" or something.

Remember, we need prices for all we put in. @judyhanna, I'm making you the decision maker:

• Do we use product names or chemical/application pairs ?
• Do we only use a subset of the ones ided?
• What criteria do you think for that?
