Per-Application Display Settings

Currently, Apollo saves display settings globally. I would like to have the ability to save display configurations separately for different applications.
In some cases, I need to use Apollo as an additional monitor, but more often I want all real monitors to be turned off. Having per-app profiles would make switching between these scenarios much easier.
