how i can simultaneously stream (Dual Steam Setup)

can anyone help me to stream two monitor at a time like a multi monitor setup (like one my phone and another is my laptop { Host pc is separate} )

I have Tried creating two separate apps but when i launch another it jus quite the first app and stream same display

Can i just create a second config file and create copy of apollo so it act as a second host sever
