It’s not possible to capture the user’s microphone or camera stream unless the script is running in a page served under HTTPS.

For testing you can use https://www.innovateasterisk.com/phone/
This page will work even if your asterisk box is hosted elsewhere. (Your asterisk box will have to serve a valid ssl on the web socket port tho.)
