Ability to edit notification names

I have created a bunch of notifications, but have named them inconsistently. I'm trying to tidy them up, but the UI doesn't let me rename them. I can't even clone one with a new name to delete the old one. It would be great if we could just rename them.

Should be a one-liner to fix...
