Question about semantic boundary label

Hello, could I just use the demoGenGT.m to generate all semantic boundary label when training, testing and evaluation? what is the difference using the semantic boundary label between demoGenGT.m and demoPreproc_gen_png_label.m when training testing and evaluation.

We recommend using the demoPreproc_gen_png_label.m script for training and the demoGenGt.m script for evaluation. This is because the semantic boundary labels used during training have been bolded.
In the MATLAB scripts, the radius parameters govern the width of the semantic boundaries.
