Fix all MSVC warnings in the code

[Wohlstand]

PGE File Library was never used on MSVC compilers. However, since it was used in LunaLua, it's now building on the MSVC. It gives dozen of annoying warnings are never appeared on GCC and CLang. It's better to fix all them rather shut up them.
