This update adds SDK support for Agent Skills by exposing schema helpers for the agentskills module and agentskills_manifest object, plus a deterministic renderer that rebuilds SKILL.md frontmatter from the manifest (no markdown parsing required). It also includes record helpers to fetch the agentskills module data and updated usage docs and tests.
