Can't see Vortice in library project

I've created a C# library project from the template of the same name. I can't get Vortice to be visible in the project. I've set it to use .net 9 and set Target OS = Windows. I've set Target & Supported OS to 22621.

I can't build the project. No Vortice types are visible. I've got these packages installed...

Can anyone help me understand what's going on here?

It seams issue with MSBuild or VisualStudio, did you tried to close, cleanup nuget cache?

Working through it. Just making sure all my project targets are in sync. I've cleaned solution. Haven't cleaned the nuget cache.

There must be something wrong with Nuget. I don't see any of the normal vortice packages. I see all these new packages...

Vortice.Win32.Graphics.Direct3D12
Vortice.Win32.Graphics.Direct3D.Dxc

What are these other packages? Why are there Win32 versions? That might be important - because I have been using CsWin32 but with the normal Vortice packages. Now I want to make sure my graphics layer can attach to a WinUI swapchainpanel. Is there a difference now between...

Vortice.Win32.Graphics.Direct3D12 and Vortice.Direct3D12?

That might not have anything to do with my issue, but it has come up along the way.

Hangon, are you using Vortice as both

1. The name of a game engine
2. The name of a DirectX wrapper

That's pretty confusing if so.

Edit: Just a note as well - The Vortice packages don't have readmes.

Update: Must be an issue with Nuget / VS integration - I removed the project and recreated it. And Vortice is being picked up now. And the package manager output looks ok.
