Numeric functions, symbol for non contiguous cells

If @avg(A1:A10) results in an average of all cells between A1 and A10, what's the symbol if I just need to calculate the average skipping A2 to A9, instead of the colon? Comma and semicolon are for sure not.

I hope I didn't miss an easy-to-find explanation or example.
