For Filtering: reload needs to be triggered after adding a new Asset or Asset Link

What happened?

The filter currently only loads the assets on nginit, therefore if new assets or links are added the page needs to be refreshed, so that the filter takes the new assets or links into account.

How to reproduce?

Trigger a refresh of filter on a new asset or asset link
