AutoShutdown should have messages

The auto shutdown should have a message in console saying when no one is online on that sub server it will say

"This PlayerServer will shutdown in (number) minute."

and if the owner of that player server is online it will stay in chat

"your server is shutting down in (number) minutes due to no players online."

Also if a person has playerserver admin on the network it could say in chat

"(server name) is shutting down due to no players online."
