Most likely yes. Usually SignalK major upgrades are not without issues. You should do QA on a separate SD card before doing it on real installation. |

I seemed to have problems (mainly my node red after upgrading to 2.16), even with upgrade I wasn't particularly successful getting the autopilot plugin to work either so I suspect some other dependencies needed upgrading too but I'll just wait for a stable release with it. |

the latest version of signalk-autopilot now supports Simard APs, however it requires an upgrade to the latest version of SK. would there be any issue force upgrading SK to the latest 2.16.0 from the current version used in BBN?
