[Feature request] Keep Cache when moving to new system

[MacGH23]

I move to a new system, copied all the files, Calibre settings, eBook folder and cache folder
but the plugin don't use the existing cache.
It always create a new cache entry.
I guess because the filename ID is now different on the new system.
Would be perfect, when I can assign the books manually to the cache, because I want to edit the translation again.
I tried the Reveal button, but it is not working, or I use it wrong.
