Deployed workers fail to load in full-stack applications

I've tested this in 3 different instanceas including Cloudflare's own https://build.cloudflare.dev/

Here's an example:

It seems like frontend-only projects work fine; however, whenever there is a backend Cloudflare workers are involved, it breaks. It works fine in sandbox.

These most probably are related to the backend template bug, would investigate and report
