Declare "Home Assistant" dependency in GH title or description

I was looking for a stand-alone application and thought this was a good fit until I got down to the installation section of the readme where is says it requires Home Assistant (I'm not running HA so useless for me). It's a HA plugin/module so this should be stated in the description or at least the first line of the readme.

@nickdos It is a standalone application. I'm using it with Node-RED. Maybe the author uses it with HA and just gave an example on how to use it with it?

So this issue should rather be to update the README to reflect HA is optional.
