It's just a 4 gang battery powered switch ?

You can add your device to this DDF https://github.com/dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin/blob/master/devices/tuya/_TZ3000_TS0044_4gang_remote.json (2 lines to add, the modeldID and the manufacture name)

It's for unlocked device, if your device is locked, we will use another one.

Now the second part is harder, we need to add to add this model to the buttonmap.json file (else it will be visible in the API, but button press will not work). What is your OS ?

I will make a PR in "unlocked mode" if it don't work, we will just swap it from a DDF to another.

Nope, the DDF alone is not enought, you need to edit another file, but almost impossible on the HA OS.
So I have created the PR, now need to wait for HA use it.

So probably I have to wait until there is new firmware for the stick and HA has this update ?
This will not be a problem, just happy I can use the switches in the future

Will be not a firmware update, just a deconz update, but yes, almost impossible to edit the file on HA, better to wait.

Not sure it will be solved without tests, but for me it have 80% of chance to work, if it don't work, we will just need to move the device from this DDF from a second one.
And this part is easier on HA than editing the buttonmap.json file.
