`hits-db` ran out of memory and crashed

I've noticed that the [hits-db](https://fly.io/apps/hits-db/monitoring) machine has been erroring out with the following logging message:

Out of memory: Killed process 26048 (postgres) total-vm:292288kB, anon-rss:9412kB, file-rss:0kB, shmem-rss:83288kB, UID:1000 pgtables:488kB oom_score_adj:0

@nelsonic Maybe upgrading the machine is the way to go?

Going to transfer the whole thing to Hetzner as soon as I’m back at my desk. A basic DB that only processes a few tens of thousands of requests per day shouldn’t exhaust its RAM and crash!! 🙃
