I think it would be good to explain the relationship between esp-hal, esp-rtos and esp-radio etc. esp-generate will setup a correct project, but I think there is a enough "non-obvious" stuff going on here to warrant some explanation.

We should also update the ecosystem bits to recognize esp-radio as a stable crate (when we're ready)
