NOVA Greece and Voip VLAN (so far)

Hello community!
Landed here while looking to solve an issue with my new FTTH ISP which shouldn't be a problem.

ISP NOVA Greece (EON group) is providing data and voip from different VLANS (data 835, voip 837), I'm not sure for their iptv but I can guess that is a similar case.

Could anybody elaborate a script for this particular scenario?

I googled a bit, and it looks like IPTV might be on VLAN 836. Not confirmed though...

Finally,
I have used the "custom profile" and I got VOIP and DATA VLANs passing from one WAN with my Ubiquiti UDM SE.
During my research I was talking to some local users and they have the opinion that iptv is passing along with data VLAN.

Could anybody prepare a tailor made script for NOVA GREECE for these two VLANs?
I know that the main reason for this script was dealing with iptv issue but in my case was a perfect fit!
