You could always just retrieve the list and process it in chunks. It does after all seem like you are processing the purge in an automation. If that runs periodically, it will eventually clear out all the orphans |

Yeah, I started down that path, attempting to determine what the max chunk size would be. Attempts to purge more than about 200 entries seem to fail, and those batches of 200 would take about 15-20 minutes to actually purge. Needless to say, I've yet to put in the 25 hours of batched processing. I'm not purging in an automation, just trying to clean up a bunch of of cruft. |

I'm late to the spook party, so I've got 15k orphaned database entities (thanks Keymaster and TrueNAS!). The orphaned database entries purge script hits the "Template output exceeded maximum size of 262144 characters" error. If I could set a max value, I could recursively prune orphaned entities.
