Spook repost unknown entity which isn't unknown

Hi,

Spook reports a unknown entity on my dashboard, though it's a entity I'm using and it's created by the rest api.

Now I could ignore it, I asked Copilot that suggested to make a template for the sensor called sensor.rss_monitor_status_ui instead of sensor.rss_monitor_status

I'm just wondering if I missed a option?
