I want to propose Rand Zoabi (@RZ9082 ) as a new IUC member.
He has ~80 PRs on IUC already and the quality of his tools is great. (https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/pulls/RZ9082)
Rand has been involved in porting MGnify tools to Galaxy and has also contributed to updating other tools to meet IUC standards. Soon he will be contributing to an EU Project for onboarding Digital Humanities tools.
