Thanks for flagging this. Not intended — 0.29.0 shipped unnotarized due to a bug in our release pipeline that silently skipped notarization instead of failing the build. Prior releases were notarized; 0.29.0 is a regression.

We'll cut a notarized 0.29.1 shortly and fix the release script so this can't happen again. Sorry for the trouble.
