associate a transformation with an Element

a command to associate a Transformation to an Element given a Transformation JSON, something like

transformations associate <element_id|element_key> <vendorObject> <transformation.json>

An Element's available resource objects must be accommodated for when associating a Transformation to an Element (vendorName field) since there's not always a one-to-one mapping. May want to provide a guard that checks with the Element's object discovery (if possible) prior to allowing the association.
