[Bug]: -Wdeprecated-declarations warning from clang23+gcc12

The libstdc++ API document says get_temporary_buffer was deprecated since gcc12 for C++17.

This seems a clang bug which have not fixed yet. Should we disable the deprecated warning before the clang bug fixed?

Build Command:
