notify - unknown action #167289
Description
The problem
the notify action is extremley buggy. it completely disappears from home assistant. even in developer mode-actions its not available anymore.
this happens multiple times a day and home assistant stops working completely when this happens.
sometimes its working again when i restart HA but sometimes i have to completely restart the machine where home assistant is running on. just restarting home assistant OS doesnt help. after the restart its working for some hours but hapens again and again
i have this with all my join notify actions. no matter what notify-device i try to send a message to.
