Allow Manual Import of CSV/JSON Logs direct from Smart Meter Texas' Website

Smart Meter Texas allows for the home user, while logged into their site, to download CSV or JSON files that include 15 minute interval details. Would it be possible to include an "Upload" option to allow for the manual upload workflow? I know I'd like that level of precision, for sure!
