404 page: background graphics overlap content and hide search bar at full-screen width #44393

##Current behavior :
On the 404 ("Oh no! This page does not exist") page at full browser width, the
background hero graphics overlap the page heading and completely hide the search
bar beneath it.
##Expected behavior :
The heading and search bar should be fully visible and unobstructed at all viewport
widths, consistent with how the page renders in a narrower window.
##Steps to reproduce :
- Navigate to any broken/non-existent URL on home-assistant.io
- View the page at full browser width (≥1024px)
##Additional context :
At narrow widths the layout is correct. The issue appears to be that the background
graphics are not properly layered behind the page content at wider viewports.
