So we get to this "Expected data source not listed" page by clicking the "why is my entity not listed" link when configuring a statistics graph card.
Very nice

However, one possible cause for a sensor not being listed is omitted: The sensor needs to have the same unit as the other already selected sensors on the statistics graph. As only one Y axis is shown, you cannot mix sensors with differing units.

My suggestion is to add this info to the page.
