How to run 2_phase_sim with my own raw data

Thank you for sharing your wonderful work, I am new to LBM. As shown in the figure, I modified the 2_phase-sim code with my self-made data (a 75*50*50 Finney region was extracted, which was not downloaded through DigitalRockSportal), and found that two small data were generated after using Porespy for Drinage. All the sizes are 50*50*50, which leads to errors in the algorithm, because the input geometry parameter is 75*50*50. I don't know how porespy's Drinage code works, and I want to know how to modify it to use my own local data for simulation. Looking forward to your reply.
