Error list index out of range

Hello sir.
I am trying to run the code. I have done all the steps. Even the code is executed and shows "Running sim 8 of 8
PoreSpy Snw = 0.9999889559101527". but all of a sudden the error "Traceback (most recent call last):

IndexError: list index out of range" comes to me. I don't know what the error is. I would appreciate if you could help me. Thanks.
