Support Jenkins LTS 2.528.1 (Lower minimum version requirement)

Currently, the project requires Jenkins version 2.533 or higher. In our environment, we are standardized on the 2.528.x LTS line and are unable to upgrade to the latest release at this time due to internal compliance.

Proposed Change

Would it be possible to lower the minimum required Jenkins version to 2.528.1?

Impact

This would allow teams on the older LTS branch to utilize this plugin/tool without being forced into an immediate Jenkins core upgrade.

I’m aware that 2.528 has reached end of life.
Do you think it would still be reasonable to lower the baseline in order to support the older core?

Need to check the plugin dependencies but this core version might be needed for the junit plugin dependency version we use.
Last LTS has been released 2.541.1 (@rabin-io maybe time to upgrade?)

We definitely have an upgrade to 2.541.x on our roadmap. The challenge isn't technical, but rather the organizational coordination required to sync across multiple teams and pipelines while ensuring stability.

If the junit dependency allows for it, lowering the baseline would provide us with the necessary bridge to continue using this plugin while we finalize our migration. If that's not feasible due to the dependency tree, we'd appreciate knowing so we can adjust our internal timeline.
