docs: add agency-agents credit, merge ecosystem sections, update role count to 396

- Add agency-agents (217 English roles by @msitarzewski) to ecosystem in both READMEs
- Merge "项目生态" + "姊妹项目" into single "生态与社区" section in Chinese README
- Update ecosystem diagram: 179 → 396 (179 Chinese + 217 English)
- Reorder: role libraries first, then other projects
