Add more load test variants for HA
Currently we have:
- Simple match
- Simple unmatch
- partial match increase
- partial match increase and Fail-over time
Candidates:
- Temporal operators
- Encryption overhead
Also re-organize the load tests by creating a dedicated sub-module (splitting from drools-ansible-rulebook-integration-main)
