The remote app cannot start while the remote desktop services session is in secure mode

Hi!
Let me explain what I've done so far:
Running windows 11 pro
Got 2 users: Admin and Remote
I've set up rdp wrapper so that I can have 2 users logged in at the same time - I've tested it, works well.
Then while logged in as Remote I've used remote app tool to create double commander remote app.
I move the file to my other pc and run it.
I have to expand details and enter password for the Remote, then I get the error:
The remote app cannot start while the remote desktop services session is in secure mode

Any clue what I'm doing wrong?

Managed to get it working!
Remote Desktop Services UserMode Port Redirector must be running in services.
