NHC Aircraft Reconnaissance Dropsonde

Can SounderPy read NHC Aircraft Reconnaissance dropsonde data?

I'm not very familiar with the data format, but I wondered if SounderPy already had functions to parse these text files.

Looks like this has details on how to interpret the HDOB files

Hey @blaylockbk!

I have been meaning to work on this for some time but haven't gotten around to it. I do have a dropsonde plot that I have been wanting to implement into SounderPy, so perhaps this is something else and I look into over the summer.
