I only made it to about halfway down the list..

Outside of the following instructions, it doesn't say on what exactly to do if the criteria is met.

If you want to contribute to this list (please do), send me a pull request or contact me @anilozbek. Also, a listed repository should be deprecated if:

• Repository's owner explicitly say that "this library is not maintained".
• Not committed for long time (2~3 years).

Obviously some things have good historical content, I don't know if just deleting it would be the best option. But if that's the guidance, I can make a PR. Let me know.
