Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Storage Explorer
  2. TAB till "Open Connect dialog" pane and Sign in to Azure.
  3. TAB to "Manage Accounts" pane and Select the subscriptions you will use. Once selected, hit ENTER on "Apply" button.
  4. TAB till "Blob Containers" of the selected subscription, TAB till "Create Blob container" and press SHIFT + F10 to Create a new Blob container.
  5. Once completed, TAB till "Upload" button to upload a text file, a JSON file, a CSV file, and an image file.
  6. TAB till any of these files and select "Preview".
  7. TAB till "Skip rows" spin button.
  8. Open accessibility insights for windows and inspects the control.
  9. Observe the issue Name property is not provided to "Skip Rows" spin button.

Actual:

Name property is not provided to "Skip Rows" spin button.

Expected:

Name property as "Skip Rows" should be provided to "Skip Rows" spin button.

User Impact:

Screen reader only users will not be able to understand the purpose of the spin button if name property will not be provided to it.
