Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Storage Explorer
- TAB till "Open Connect dialog" pane and Sign in to Azure.
- TAB to "Manage Accounts" pane and Select the subscriptions you will use. Once selected, hit ENTER on "Apply" button.
- TAB till "Blob Containers" of the selected subscription, TAB till "Create Blob container" and press SHIFT + F10 to Create a new Blob container.
- Once completed, TAB till "Upload" button to upload a text file, a JSON file, a CSV file, and an image file.
- TAB till any of these files and select "Preview".
- TAB till "Skip rows" spin button.
- Open accessibility insights for windows and inspects the control.
- Observe the issue Name property is not provided to "Skip Rows" spin button.
Actual:
Name property is not provided to "Skip Rows" spin button.
Expected:
Name property as "Skip Rows" should be provided to "Skip Rows" spin button.
User Impact:
Screen reader only users will not be able to understand the purpose of the spin button if name property will not be provided to it.
