Gitlab tags point to non-existing release branch

@strangiato @mholder6 The Gitlab tags you are using

https://github.com/opendatahub-io/odh-model-controller/tags

all point no non-existing release branches. For example, the commit for gitlab tag odh-v2.33 points to ... nowhere

This commit does not belong to any branch on this repository, and may belong to a fork outside of the repository.

should the tags not point to the incubating-branch? Or what is the release branch here? main? based on main?

Probably tekton flow-related?
