Area Card Controls for Climate / Thermostats?

The documentation shows a "Fan" as an available Area-Control feature.
Unfortunately, I don't see any options to include "Climate" related controls - it would be great, if features of an AC or Heating-Thermostat could also be implemented as a control feature....
