Remove all AI options from Interface and disable install of any AI features

Describe the feature

I am new to home assistant so I have no idea how this was done before. However as soon as I install the latest version I am presented and encouraged to add AI models to home assistant. I find that a bit concerning especially looking back at the history of requests in which people have actively advocated from an opt out / disable option to these features.
I would like to know if there is already an option to totally remove AI features from home assistant and if not how this could be done.

Use cases

Giving people the choice from the very beginning on how to interact with home assistant. Enabling these options from default without asking is the same sort of trend as large companies are now pushing their products with no clear opt outs.

I hope this request will be taken seriously and a solution provided if one does not currently. exist.

☝️ Yes please. As far as I am aware, we do not enable any AI feature out of the box (we can't do that even, as we need account information for that).

I found this issue while searching for a way to remove the “AI tasks” item from Settings > System.

I would like to remove this option from the UI. Yes, the functionality is disabled by default but some parts are still visible, like these settings, and I just don’t want to see anything AI related in my Home Assistant instance ever. It’s not really HA’s fault; the industry as a whole has been shoveling this stuff at me everywhere without my consent and I’m fed up and I want it gone from the places I control.

Can I turn something off in configuration.yaml perhaps to remove all AI related integrations and UI affordances?
