assist_satellite.announce - pick random file from a folder for preannounce media

Describe the feature

If I have a collection of little alarm and notification sounds that I like to us, it would be great if the assist_satellite.announce could be pointed at a folder of audio files and picked on at random for the preannounce media id.

Example commands

Voice commands don't apply in this context.

Use cases

It would add variety and whimsy to preannouncements.
