Describe the enhancement

It would be great to have the possibility to switch on and off both 5G Wifi channels on e.g. a Fritz 4060.

Use cases

In Fritz OS, both 5G channels can just have one SSID name which can be then switched via "switch.turn_off/on" function home assistant. The problem with this is that only one of the two 5G channels is switched. The other remains unchanged.
I tried switching it using the MAC address of each 5G Wi-Fi channel, but unfortunately that doesn't work.

Hi, we found a bug in the naming convention that didn't allow to create switches for all available SSID.

The fix will be part of 2026.4.2

Hi, Thanks for your feedback @chemelli74 . I've installed 2026.4.2 but I still have the same problem.
General problem is, that both 5Ghz Channels can just have one SSID name - so both channel are using the same Name but when I switch this SSID, only one of the both channels will be switched on/off. The other 5Ghz channel remains unchanged.

Unfortunately the bug fix didn't make 2026.4.2, will be in 2026.5.0.
