Add utility: ncdu

It would be awesome adding ncdu as a standard utility to HAOS.

Use cases

Currently my installation is using around 45 GB of space and due to the Docker Snapshot migration I'm trying to identify where most space is wasted and potentially perform cleanup.

When using the local console or just basic du tools, it's rather cumbersome. Having some easy, tiny terminal utility like ncdu would be awesome and make it way easier.

+1 from me for this. Right now its very difficult to estimate where space is used.
