Add ability to move Backup/Media/Share folders to another drive

Describe the feature

Currently in HAOS we have the ability to point Backup/Media/Share to a Network storage using Samba or NFS. While this is handy, we're still missing a very basic setting to move those folders to another drive. A classic example is when you have a fast nvme where HAOS runs and a huge HDD (or an array of HDDs) for NVR footage. Or for backup files.

Yes, we have the "Move data disk" option, but this moves the whole thing, not just Backup/Media/Share folders.

So, imagine a similar approach as the "Add network storage", picking which folder to move on which disk.

Use cases

Frigate NVR footage storage on big HDD drives while having HAOS on fast nvme.
Store backup files on big HDD drives while having HAOS on fast nvme.
Etc.
