Describe the enhancement

Hi,
I think the Shelly integrations are missing a key feature for devices that collect energy data or only have energy counters, such as Shelly EM or Shelly Switch.

The feature is to add "button" entity that allow users to reset counters and delete all stored data.

Use cases

For example, if you want to reset all counters from scratch, or automatically reset them on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

To do this work, I created some REST commands with RPC API, like:
